The eRead team managers met online to discuss the project management particulars.

The Erasmus+ eRead project meeting that took place on October 23, 2023 was devoted to the project general and financial management, the project implementation challenges, the details of the project reporting, completing and keeping the project documents in a OneDrive cloud folder.

The project coordinator Oleksandra Golovko answered the participants' questions, demonstrated the work of the Webgate platform, and highlighted the reporting dates and the importance of eRead intellectual outputs in assessing the project quality.

The managers decided that each partner leading a certain work package would complete their corresponding reporting section on the platform.

The discussion also touched upon the date and agenda of the next online meeting.
