On December 13, 2023 the Erasmus+ eRead project teams had a detailed discussion of the BA Module “Teaching reading digitally” that is one of the project main targets.

The Slovenian team presented the module outline they had designed in collaboration with Estonian team. They specified the module objectives, target audience, approach and principles, formats and methods suggested for the module.

In the process of discussion it was agreed that the module will be based on communicative approach, its design will aim at content and skills development in experiential learning circle (evocation, realization, reflection), in the process of implementation it will employ a number of interactive methods to engage the students.

The conversation also touched upon the framework for topics and expected new knowledge the students are supposed to get. The colleagues considered the relevant materials and useful experience worth incorporating into the BA module content.

The partners decided to continue their collaborative work on the module design, with a special focus on the content details and useful resources to apply for each topic.

At the end of the conversation, the date and agenda of the next online meeting were set.
